Craptastic

I just found out that I have no financial aid left for this school year. As a result, I have to take the summer off. I'm extremely unhappy about this. I've never run out of financial aid before. It's one of the perks of being poor, lol. The only reason I ran out is because Vermont sucks. I didn't cry although I still feel like I want to but what can ya do. I can't afford to pay out of pocket. To take the load I had planned on taking would cost about $3000 with books. The funny thing is, is that for the 2008-2009 school year I'll probably qualify for grants in addition to loans. Sheesh.

The bright side is that I'll have no kids and no school work over the summer. Yeah. This means I'm going to be bored out of my brain. Sorry, I'm not in a place to see the positive yet. This also means that I'll have no excuse not to take a trip to upstate New York that I was planning on trying to get out of. New York is too close to Vermont for my comfort levels. Now I need to come up with a different excuse.
